Practice: Begin seated in a cross legged position. Place the hands on the knees palms facing down. Begin to draw expansive circles with your torso, keeping the legs grounded and leading from the heart. Repeat 8-10 times and switch to the opposite direction.
Roll over the legs and come to hands and knees creating a table top with your body, hips stacked over knees and shoulders over wrists. Begin drawing circles with your hips, swaying from the right, back, over to the left, and forward. Let your head and neck hang heavy as your hips lead the motion. Repeat 8-10 times and switch to the opposite direction.
